Return & Refund Policy

At DanishHub, we strive to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery only if:

- The product is damaged during transit.

- The wrong product was delivered.

- The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, customers must provide clear photos or videos of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

- Products damaged due to misuse.

- Items returned without original packaging.

- Change of mind returns.

- Products used or altered after delivery.

Refunds

Once the return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verification.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
